Rescheduling
Photography Promotions greatly appreciate and thank you for choosing us to capture your special memories. We respect and value your time and ask you do the same with ours.
Photography Promotions requests that should you need to reschedule a minimum of 5 days notice is given.
This will allow us the opportunity to offer the time allocated to your session to another client.
Should less than 5 days notice be given a $25 rescheduling fee will be required to rebook.
Cancellations
At the time of booking all clients sign to agree that the booking fee is non-refundable. In the cases listed below the paid booking fee will serve as a cancellation fee.
- Late cancellations where reasonable time is not given for Photography Promotions to fill your chosen session time
- Same day cancellations
- "No shows" where a client fails to attend their session without having first cancelled it.
